The “2037” smoker compact, yet powerful offset smoker. The “2037” featuring of the thickness walls at 1/4” (.250″), 5/16(0.3125”) also boasts a significant amount of cooking space with grates 37” x 19.25”

The “2037” comes stock with a fold-down smoke stack, 1 thermometer, and probe port for five wires to monitor your BBQ temperatures.

The Cowboy Grill is an economical, optional feature which allows you to use your firebox as a direct heat hot and fast we all know cooking steaks over wood takes your cookout to a whole new level.

Additionally, if you would like to add a top pull-out rack for nearly twice the cooking space, it is available as an add-on as well, and comes with one additional thermometer.
