GENERAL INFO
Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Thai holidays. We generally ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.
We ship nationally and internationally. Don’t see your country listed? Just send us an email at [email protected]
We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the
address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held
responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are nonrefundable.
LEAD TIMES
With the exception of merchandise, many items are made-to-order, and have an estimated lead-time noted on the
product page. Depending on the product, this may be 6-10 weeks. The uncertainty in the global supply-chain has
caused some delays, and we need to accommodate for any additional time it may take to receive certain materials or
components. That said, we strive to get orders out as quickly as we can.
FREIGHT INFO
While free local pick-up is always an option, we can also ship smokers and grills out of central Bangkok. The freight
cost will vary depending on how close you are to a freight hub, current fuel prices, and other factors.
In order to ship an item via freight, it must be packaged on a pallet. We include the cost of the custom pallet and
curbside lift-gate service in every quote. If you do not need lift-gate service, just let us know. Any freight charges will
be invoiced separately.

TARIFFS, DUTIES, VAT, ETC.
Shipments outside of the THAILAND may be subject to your specific country’s tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT),
etc… These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges on our website.
Please contact your local customs office for more information on these fees, as they are typically based on the value of
the order and vary from country to country.
